How to Encrypt Folders
To encrypt a folder in seconds follow these simple steps. You will be able to encrypt folders on any kind of drive, including removable USB drives and network folders. Encrypted folders can also be uploaded to the cloud or copied to anywhere you wish and they will always remain encrypted.
1. Download the folder encryption program
To be able to encrypt a folder with strong encryption, you first have to download a folder encryption tool like CryptoForge (if you haven't already done so):

2. Encrypt the folder
To encrypt the folder, right-click on it and choose "Encrypt" from the context menu. If the "Encrypt" option does not appear on the menu, then you have not installed folder encryption software yet.
3. Enter the password.
Then enter the password to encrypt the folder. It is very important that you remember or take note of the encryption password; otherwise you would not be able to decrypt the folder.
You are done! Encrypted folders can be moved freely and uploaded to the cloud. Note that by default, the software will remember your encryption password for a minute, so you can encrypt additional folders without having to reenter the password every time. After this time-out period, you will need to enter the right password to be able to decrypt the folders.
