Free Decrypter App Details
Decrypter is a simple, portable, and free app that allows you to decrypt files (encrypted by CryptoForge encryption software) on any computer without CryptoForge installed (needless to say, provided that you know the correct password to the files). For instance, you can send this app to anyone along with an encrypted file. Decrypter does not need installation and it can run from external drives.
